Echooo got a reaction from BlikJ for a file, Federal Signal Pathfinder SirenI got tired of searching endlessly for an accurate Pathfinder siren for my FHP fleet in my game, so I found some high quality audio files and decided to make one. The wail might be just a little quieter compared to the other sounds, but that's as loud as I could make the wail without distorting the sound.
Depending on feedback I might also make a rumbler version in the future. This is my first siren mod so feedback is appreciated 🙂

Echooo got a reaction from MountainTime307 for a file, Immersive Ambient EventsImmersive Ambient Events is an ambient events plugin designed to fill in gaps of your patrol where nothing happens for long periods of time, without interfering with callouts, pursuits, pullovers, or anything else you may be doing!
Important: Due to how the severe weather event works, the game time cannot be frozen, or else the event will never end, there is a workaround in the FAQ below.
Events:
- Aggressive Driver
- Drunk Driver
- Gas Leak
- Hotboxing
- Severe Weather
- Vehicle BOLO
- Vehicle Trouble
- Speeding
- Street Racing
- Driver on Phone
- Drug Deal
- Drinking On Beach
Features:
- Timer System:
The plugins timer system constantly checks if you're available for calls and not doing anything significant. If you accept a callout or do anything else that would make the plugin consider you busy (Get into a pursuit, start a traffic stop, or otherwise set yourself as not available for calls) the plugins timer system stops and resets to the time you specify in the ini file, and it doesn't start again until you are no longer busy. Only one event in this plugin spawns at a time (with the exception of the Vehicle BOLO event, more on this below), to avoid overloading you with things to do.
- Two Menus:
The plugins menu allows you to customize all your ini values in game, and save them to the ini file. It even allows you to change the keybinds for the menu in game! The menu also has multiple other uses, like interacting with peds in specific events through the interaction submenu.
The plugin also has a second menu, which can be accessed in the RPH F4 console using the command "IAEOpenForceEventMenu" This second menu will allow you to forcefully spawn any event in the plugin, as well as forcefully end the current event that's active.
- Error Handling System:
We've all been there, you're enjoying a nice patrol on LSPDFR, then suddenly one plugin has an error and it crashes LSPDFR. This plugin has an error handling system that will help prevent that from happening! If for any reason an error happens within the plugin, a notification will be displayed, notifying you that an error occurred, it will log the error, and it will prevent a full LSPDFR crash. If the error happens to come from an ambient event and not one of the plugins backend systems, the plugin will log the error, display a notification, and forcefully end the event and continue on spawning new events like nothing happened. However, this system is not full-proof, so there is still a (small) chance that LSPDFR might crash if there's an error. I will continue to improve this system in future updates.
- In Depth Vehicle BOLO System:
One of the events, Vehicle BOLO, saves between game sessions. Meaning that if you don't catch the guy during your patrol and get off LSPDFR, that exact same suspect(s) and vehicle will be there waiting for you in the same BOLO the next time you hop on. There's even a chance that an AI unit could locate the BOLO suspect and initiate a pursuit. Pay close attention to the details regarding the crime, as it can hint as to how the suspect will react when trying to be pulled over. This event is designed to be as randomized as possible for maximum replayability, even the amount of details you get on the vehicle is randomized. Sometimes you may get the make and model, sometimes maybe the make and a partial plate, etc etc. "But what if I have custom vehicles installed that replaces AI traffic?" Well I have good news for you, I included a file (bolomodels.json) within the Immersive Ambient Events folder that allows you to customize the names of the make, model, and class of vehicles in the notification. With this file you can even add new vehicles to the list of vehicles used in the event. Because this event usually lasts long periods of time, it runs on its own timer that's independent from the other ambient events.
- Realistic Severe Weather Event:
No more patrols where the weather stays the exact same unless you manually change it. With the severe weather event, a storm (or blizzard if the current weather is a snow based one) can roll in at any moment, and even have the potential to knock out power across the map, making it extremely dark if it happens to be late at night. Hopefully your vehicle has spotlights or takedowns!
FAQ:
How can I patrol during a specific time of day while having the severe weather event enabled?:
In simpletrainer, go to the time settings, and enable "Real Time Duration" what this does is it makes one minute in game the same as one minute in real life. Then you can change the ini setting for the severe weather event and set "HoursItLasts" to 0, and set the minutes option to be however long you want the storm to last.
How can I tell when an ambient event is happening?:
Events will either display a notification of some sort, or a yellow question mark blip will appear on the minimap where the event is happening.
The question mark blip for an event disappeared when I got close to the event or exited my vehicle, is this normal?:
Yes, most events automatically delete the blip once you get close enough to be considered participating in the event, the events also take into consideration whether you're on foot or not before deleting the blip as well.
Why is the "Interaction" item on the plugins menu greyed out?:
The interaction submenu is only enabled whenever there's an active event that uses it. If it is greyed out, that means no event that uses that system is active.
Why am I not getting updated sightings for the Vehicle BOLO event?:
For the Vehicle BOLO event, you need to be set as available for calls for the blip to update and for you to receive a notification. By default the event is set up to not show updated sighting notifications unless you are within 1000 meters of the area, however this can be changed in the BOLO event section of the plugins menu
Why can't I pull over the vehicle involved with the Vehicle Trouble event?:
This is done on purpose, to prevent the pullover from interfering with tasks given to the driver. Don't worry, this is temporary and once the event is finished, you can pull that driver over if needed!

Echooo got a reaction from unitedOrange66 for a file, Improved Heli SpotlightWhat it does:
Completely upgrades the look of helicopter spotlights in LSPDFR.
This mod includes a text file that gives you custom settings for your visualsettings.dat and walks you through how to change the settings without overriding your emergency lights values or other edits you have made to your visualsettings.dat.
These settings are optimized for NVE + Darker nights add on, so it may look slightly different depending on your graphics mod.
There are 3 presets (which are shown above in the screenshots):
Blue tint
Purple tint
White
The readme also tells you how to customize the color, and the size of the spotlight, in case you want to customize them.
Important: This mod is not compatible, nor does it have any effect on the plugin "HeliAssistance". This mod changes the look of normal LSPDFR helicopter spotlights.

Echooo got a reaction from Benjamin Compton for a file, Improved Pursuit AIThis mod improves the behavior AI backup in pursuits. Tired of seeing AI constantly and randomly go for pits on suspects? Tired of seeing AI drive out in front of a suspect for no reason and cause a major accident? Well I was, the default LSPDFR pursuit menu (keybind is N by default) seemed to be very inconsistent with its ability to stop backup units from utilizing tactics such as pits on AI, so I decided to fix that. With this mod installed, you now have complete control over when backup units go in for a pit on the suspect vehicle (by utilizing the pursuit menu and enabling/disabling tactics, which actually works properly now!). AI is also a bit more tame, when tactics are disabled, AI will just follow the suspect in a proper line. backup AI units will even slow down for you if you attempt to take primary, and they do not fight you for primary position in a pursuit. This mod does not change suspect AI, or any AI that is not labeled as police.
What this mod does:
AI units no longer drive out in front of suspects when joining pursuits to try and "block" the suspect (weirdly enough this was an intentional feature)
AI units are more tame and will follow the suspect in a line (especially when tactics are disabled)
AI units no longer crash into each other constantly during pursuits to fight for a position
AI units do their best to stay behind the suspect vehicle, they do not try and drive out in front of the suspect to block them
The default LSPDFR pursuit menu works properly now, if tactics are disabled, AI units do not try and pit the suspects, they will only move in for pits when tactics are enabled.
AI units slow down for you if you try and pass them to take primary, and if you want the AI to take primary you pull over and let them pass (you need to make a complete stop on your car or else it may look a bit buggy)
NOTE: Tactics in the pursuit menu are usually enabled by default when the pursuit starts, so make sure to disable it if you do not want AI to go for pits.
KNOWN ISSUES: Sometimes, even though you disable tactics in the pursuit menu, the AI will still try and pit the suspect, this can be fixed by simply cycling the tactics between enabled and disabled.
To get the best result from this mod, I recommend you install AI Traffic Fluidity and Discipline (link to the mod below). if you do not install it, you may not get the same results that I did. But it is not required, this mod will work just fine without it.

Echooo got a reaction from FlippinHeimer for a file, Improved Ai AccuracyThis mod changes the accuracy of all Ai peds in the game and makes their accuracy more realistic. They no longer hit every single shot at almost every range. Since this is a .meta file change and not a plugin, this has ZERO impact on the games performance. Based on my testing, this SHOULD also affect LSPDFR backup Ai too, however I am still not 100% sure as it's hard to tell sometimes.
How this mod will change Ai's accuracy (compared to the default GTA values):
Ai across the board will be 25% less accurate when shooting
Ai will be less accurate when shooting at someone who is driving in a car (Prepare to get your tires popped more often in armed suspect pursuits since they are less likely to hit you)
LSPDFR/Police Ai accuracy was also lowered to make them more likely to miss shots, however they still have better aim than suspects and other types of Ai.
There also seems to be an "accuracy boost" system in the game, which I have messed with, so the farther you are from a ped, the less likely they are to hit you.
Feel free to leave feedback/opinions about the changes, based on the feedback, I may update this in the future to further change Ai's accuracy. Just don't be that guy that takes only one shots fired call, get hit multiple times up because you're really close to the suspect, and then say their aim is still too strong, ty.

Echooo got a reaction from Deputy224 for a file, Immersive Ambient EventsImmersive Ambient Events is an ambient events plugin designed to fill in gaps of your patrol where nothing happens for long periods of time, without interfering with callouts, pursuits, pullovers, or anything else you may be doing!

Echooo got a reaction from Michael21107 for a file, Gate FixThis is a very simple plugin I made in about an hour, when its loaded it fixes the prison gate and Michaels gate and makes them open properly again. If you have another annoying gate in your game that doesn't open let me know and I may add it into a future update. The plugin is very lightweight too, literally 5 lines of code.
Note: If the plugin does not seem to work, load it again after you've spawned into the game, sometimes loading it on startup may cause inconsistent results (I say load it again because the plugin automatically unloads itself after running through the few lines of code)

Echooo reacted to Skys Development for a file, FWC(Florida Fish and Wildlife) [DLC] ELS-Hybrid Mini PackAfter seeing there isn't many FWC packs out there, I decided to create an accurate one.
Huge thanks to Jank Modding for creating the liveries. I tried to be as accurate as possible from lighting to equipment(except bed box got a lil carried away with that one)
This is a hybrid els which means it uses non els lights in conjunction with els lights so this needs to be installed as a DLC so everything can work properly. You also need to have SSLA installed. (32 Sirens mod) Each car is equipped with a rotatable spotlight even the Go-light on top of the lightbar.
Vehicle features:
FWC- F150 with rotatable spotlight
FWC2- F150 Wraparound with lightbar mounted rotatable GoLight
FWC3- Slicktop F150 with rotatable spotlight Extra 12 is the wraparound
FWC4- Unmarked f150 Extra 12 is the rotatable spotlight
FWCk9- Slicktop Tahoe Extras 1 and 4 are the rear windows and Extra 10 is the rambar
For help installing please read the readme in the download folder

Echooo got a reaction from Julian Tillman for a file, Clipboard! (and notepad)Ever wanted to start a clipboard or notepad animation for more immersion without having to go through menus? Now you can!
Features:
- Pull out a clipboard or notepad with the push of a button!
- Two options for what prop you want to use (which is changed via the ini file) a clipboard, or a notepad.
- If you press and hold the same keybind after the prop is pulled out and the animation starts, you put it away using the same animation, however, if you press the same keybind instead of holding it, it drops the props on the ground and instantly stops the animation. This is perfect for when suspects decide they want to pull out a weapon or start running, because you can quickly react.
- If you drop the props by quickly cancelling the animation, you can pick the prop back up by starting the animation again.
- Vehicle friendly keybinds! If you are inside any vehicle, the keybinds are temporarily disabled until you exit the vehicle. So you can overlap the keybinds with ones used for vehicles without issues.
Known issues:
- During testing, there were times where I noticed the props would not spawn when I try to pull out a clipboard. To fix this, I made the plugin check to make sure the prop is spawned whenever you start an animation, so if you ever notice that the prop does not appear, simply stop and restart the animation, that should fix it.
- I advise that if you need to use the quick cancellation feature, to make sure your character is stopped, if your character is running/walking when you use the feature, it makes your character stop running/walking for a second, as of right now I do not have a fix for this.
I now have a Discord server! Join it if you need support, want to see future projects I am working on, and more!

Echooo reacted to RangerZ for a file, [ELS] Virginia State Police PackVirginia State Police Pack
Hello to all! This pack has been in the making for a long time for some reason. I happy to say that it is finally done. I'm at a point where I'm comfortable to release it. To my knowledge, this pack has been made with the most accuracy this site has seen when it comes to VSP vehicles. These models are made with with the highest quality parts from some amazing devs, and assembled by me of course. These models are very close to the real deal, however, may lack minor details that would be accurate to the real life courter parts. Lastly, this pack does include the option to use in-game paint colors for the vehicle base color. This allows for a more accurate base color, and makes the vehicles look a lot better. Special thanks to Eclipse for the reference photos that were provided.
Pack Includes:
2019 FPIS
2020 FPIU
2019 FPIS (Unmarked)
2020 FPIU (Unmarked)
CMV Tahoe
Installation:
*Note*
Please use the included ELS files so the lights will function the way they were designed to. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments. DM me if you find any bugs, so I can get them fixed as quick as possible. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIM is always appreciated.

Echooo got a reaction from M1N1M3U for a file, Immersive Ambient EventsImmersive Ambient Events is an ambient events plugin designed to fill in gaps of your patrol where nothing happens for long periods of time, without interfering with callouts, pursuits, pullovers, or anything else you may be doing!
