So will it help my low-graphic lagging game?

Would that decrease lag, increase missing textures etc? I am also having problems pretty similar to this guy! (PC specs: Intel Core i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz 6.00 GB (5.80 usable)) LAg isn't to bad with few modded cars, skins and scripts but still pretty shocking! Do you have any links for any graphic enhancements, that would be really helpful! (I am using a "commandline.txt" by the way!) If there is a "threat to life" that is when lethal force is used, and is up to the discretion of the officer. It is only used as a last resort.

Good I did this kind of thing for San Andreas, I took GTA IV police ped skins, used converted original ped models form IV to SA and installed them!

Mine primary civilian force is West Mercia Constabulary, serving County Shropshire near Birmingham, UK. Living on MOD property, I also have the Ministry of Defence (civilian) Police. As well as them, the British Army Royal Military Police patrol also. Finally the Military Provost Guard Service (Army armed security service). West Mercia Constabulary: Patrol car Vauxhall Astra response car. So its my laptop? Should I patch it lower-but then I think LCPD:FR doesn;t work :(

Patched to 1.0.7.0 and dsound.dll and scripthook.net installed; is that OK?

I run GTA IV patched 1.0.7.0 on a TOSHIBA Windows 7 laptop. Intel i3 CPU M370 2.40GHz RAM: 6.00 GB 5.80 usable. x64 bit. It lags pretty bad, I have added a command line but it hasn't made much difference! Anyone help? Do I need a bigger/better video card? Mods: LCPD:FR 0.95 RC2 and Policing script. and cars and skins. Graphics/textures all low. It lags even without these!

Yes both files in the main directory, it worked once, but I am going to try again now. (reinstalling)

Hi, I have installed LCPD:FR a few days ago and ELS yesterday. However in game when I am in an ELS car I can't activate the ELS! I can;t turn any lights on or open the menu, I can toggle the siren though. I have tried several ELS cars. Other mods: LCPDFR 0.95 RC2 (no taser) Braveheart's policing script Police car and skins. I also have bad graphics and lag. If anyone could help, thanks. fbo194.
