I had this issue with another video game to fix this issue you have to change your computers sound settings to a less refresh rate to do this you (on a pc with win seven) go to control panel>hardware and sound>Manage audio devices then you click on your prefered speakers and click properties Next in the window that popped up click on the advanced tab and there should be a "Default format" box with a pulldown menu you'll want to select something in the 16 bit range that seams to work the best for me.
