i know these happens in the highway when you go fast but it does when im in the city as well just cruising around and these is happing not just to my mod it car the in game cars too any ideas why is these, i notice these after new RAGE update

not bad for first time using Zm3 still putting it together and if someone can help me to get a Whelen lightbar that would be wonderful probably would make a real MASS state trooper explorer that would be as soon is i get a whelen and find out how to make it ELS
