Somehow I missed this topic back when it was posted and now that its been resurrected I can say that I wish I would have missed it the second time around. The gameplay looks horrible, the graphics equally as bad. It reminds me of something you could go to a game website and play online. Just by the look of the box you can tell its horrible. Granted LCPD:FR isn't perfect and neither are the related mods for IV but its the best thing we have right now IMO and its still a lot of fun, even after all this time

In your visualsettings.dat located in your common>data, find "car.defaultlight.emissive.on." To the right of that, there should be a number. You can edit the number to make ELS brighter, the higher the number, the brighter ELS will be.

I fixed that by downloading the older version by game4video and putting in all the dx files that it gave me. You might also try the alt+f12 method.

I hope you do not Forget Arkansas State Police. Also Arkansas State Police Vehicles are Dodge Chargers N' CVPI's that are Civilian Vehicles when they Buy them; Which means NO BLACK RIMS!
Their Bared Units have a Whelen Liberty bar Light with a Traffic advisor in the bar Wig-Wags, head N' Tail Lights.
Note if they do not have the Trafffic Advisor option then they may have Fog Lights then.
Also most of the Higher Ranks have Ram Guards. They Higher in Rank they are they do not have a Ram Guard for more Stealth.
Then the Captain of each Troop has an Unmarked, then Lt. has a Slicktop and so on.
I do have a Replica of my Troops Captains Charger, if you would like to use just send me a PM Also I have a Newer Body Style Charger that is the Same as the Trooper in my area. She is ready to use but She has no inside Equipment Cause Arkansas State Police are switching thier Bar Lights Etc. also the Trooper with the Newer Body Style Charger just got Her about a month away N' I have not been Driving around much to Stalk him. (NOT ACTUALLY STALK HIM!)

Other than that suggestion I like the videos and hope you continue with the series.

I'm currently working on the second version of my mixed ENB/ICE/PR8 graphic enhancements. Tailoring it more towards users with insane computer rigs (45-47fps highs / 32fps lows) with GPUs able to handle maximum settings (clarity and shading being my main priority). Lastly, a Macomb County Sheriff livery is in the works.

Make sure you're pressing Alt+M and your keys are disabled in the trainer. (Options>Menu 2>Enable/Disable Keys)

Its misleading for you to call yourself a "vehicle modeler" then in your signature as it implies that you're able to create cars from scratch.

As I've said numerous times, there are people that call themselves modelers but don't know the meaning of it. If you can't scratch model and only perhaps add a lightbar/parts to a vehicle (like any other ELS mapper) then you're classified as a modder, not modeler.
 
EDIT: And yes, it is a Whelen Liberty. There's no way to tell if it is a Duo Liberty or not, both the standard Liberty and Duo have the same look but the Duo can change it's LED colours.
