Search for "services" in your Windows quick search and select it. Scroll down and look for a software called "Nahmic service". Right-click it and select "stop" if it is currently running. Yep, found out that vfs.dll was from an outdated LML. Got it updated and everything now works great, thank you!

Hey, my game did end up working, but obviously I can't use any scripts. Edit: It turns out vfs.dll was the problem and my game and scripts are running fine after removing it, not sure if it's an important file but thanks for your help!

It's been a few months since I've last booted up my modded GTA V game so I got to work on making it playable again. Updated all of my plugins, got the new gameconfig, and got everything all setup. I've done this prior with no issues and have been working with the GTA V files for a little over a year now, but something odd has started happening. I cannot launch my game, every time I do so it loads for a bit, the Rockstar Launcher pops up and it just randomly closes quitting out of the game instance before even entering the game. I've restarted my computer, I renamed and removed my mods folder and it wasn't the issue, verified the integrity of the game files, triple checked that everything was updated, yet it still happens? I originally believed that my files were corrupted but the issue still occurs even after the mods folder was removed, AND I verified the integrity of the game files so the base GTA files should be vanilla. I recently installed the new LSPDFR and RPH, but these don't seem to be the issue as the same thing happens even when the game is launched without them. Cannot even enter the game. If someone could provide some assistance it would be very appreciated as for the first time in awhile I'm pretty stumped. Thanks in advance. P.S: I have included a picture of my full GTA V directory, maybe there's some extra files that I'm not aware of?

Alright, well I am not totally sure what's going on here. Today I booted up my game as always, and it seems all of my plugins are broken? Literally the weirdest things happen, such as when using CompuLite and viewing a court case, the background of the game doesn't pause and the ped that has the court case randomly falls from the sky? It's confuses the literal hell out of me as I haven't even touched anything in my files from yesterday and in all my time of using this mod, I've never seen something like this. If anyone could go through my RPH log and maybe find something it would be very appreciated. I'm so confused RagePluginHook.log

I just played around a bit with without Rage Plugin Hook launched and it worked perfectly fine with the mods folder. It seems to be something with RPH

I wasn't home for a a few days and when I came back to LSPDFR, crashes were nonstop. I literally cannot play for 10 minutes without crashing, and it's been getting me pretty fed up. I'm 90% sure everything is up to date. Before I was able to play for around two hours, now I can barely even last 20 minutes. Did you add localization.ini to Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup? It was a new file required in the new plugin updates that you manually had to add, I've seen many people who've had these type of issues due to this.

Install the "Ultimate Backup" plugin. It brings a whole new backup system to LSPDFR, with features such as a partner, K9, and many more. If you are unsure how to install this there are MANY tutorials online, and it isn't hard or complicated.

I've been having this issue just today. When ever I use the "ForceDuty" command I get this error below. It puts me on-duty afterwards but only two of my plugins actually load and unable to use the rest. So, after finding this out I tried going on-duty at a station. What happens? LSPDFR crashes and I get stuck in the spot in the station. Zero idea what's happening, I'm on LSPDFR 0.4.9 and this randomly started happening today. I've re-tried three times with no luck, and the same thing happening every time. If anyone could help be that would be much appreciated, I've left my most recent RPH log below to see if anyone can assist me with this issue. RagePluginHook.log

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, ever since I returned to LSPDFR I have been crashing every time I go on-duty. I am familiar with the GTA folder and have been using the mod for a few years now, but I have never had an issue quite like this. Most crashing issues I usually sniff out myself, but this has just stumped me. Every time I go on-duty, within 15-20 minutes or less of gameplay I'll receive a RPH crash. I've made sure my plugins are updated, removed vehicle models, cleaned out my files, uninstalled mods, uninstalled outdated plugins, and so much more. I reinstalled the game around five months ago and it was a giant pain to have to re-download everything all over, which took ages and I don't wanna go through that again. Everything worked perfectly fine, I took around a two month break from LSPDFR, I come back and update everything including Scripthook, RPH, LSPDFR, and all of my plugins but the same thing keeps happening over, and over, and over. I rushed to this forum after crashing within the first two minutes of going on-duty. If anyone can provide some sort of help, it would be much appreciated as I just wanna get playing again without worrying about crashes every single time, I've never been this stumped when it comes to GTA V modding.
