I have tried everything I can think of to fix this (reinstalling, etc.) but every time I try to launch RagePluginHook it will get to the black "Loading LSPDFR" screen, stay there for like 5 minutes, then say "LSPD First Response has crashed". WHAT DO I DO!? Could it have anything to do with other mods/plugins/addons? I JUST installed custom vehicles, and they were working fine... then this whole thing happened.

Is ScriptHookV a necessity to play? I don't think I had it before, but it was working. Either that, or I'm an idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about. Thanks. This is very helpful.

SAME PROBLEM! (Glad I'm not the only one). I'm pretty new to this, so if you figure out how to fix this, PLEASE let me know! What Charlie686 said makes sense... but, like you said, how long does it take to update? AND, where do you get the update once it has? Cheers.
