I launch GTA normally, and it starts the Rockstar "intro" screen with the red and blue lights and gunshots, and before that's even done playing, it just totally closes itself and disappears. What can be done about that? I already tried verifying the game files.

Still having the same problem. I reinstalled STP, but didn't see the localization file you're talking about. Is that still the problem, or might it be something else?

LSPDFR apparently crashes every time I try to load in with RAGE. What can I do to fix it? My log file is below. RagePluginHook_12112023_044444.log

My game crashes, and says: "Game Memory Error, please reboot and restart the game." I has this written at the top to: "ERR_MEM_EMBEDEDALLOC_FREE_2" Is this an issue with the actual memory space? Can it be fixed? How do I fix it?

The game will start, and it starts loading... But it will never fully load. I will just keep going and going. Before, it only took 3-5 minutes to fully load. Now I've left it for over 15 minutes, and still dosen't load in.

Awesome, thanks so much! I'll see if this helps. I've had the issue with outdated plugins before. It's hard to know which ones are "safe" or not.

LSPD Officer Killed Los Santos, SA A member of the LSPD met his end this afternoon when a motorist struck him, throwing him off the side of the elevated La Puerta Highway, causing him to fall 200ft to his death. The officer was conducting traffic control at the scene of an accident when this occurred. The motorist has not been apprehended.

My car is slowing down whenever I get close to other cars. I can't do PITs anymore, and it just makes driving that much more difficult. Why is it doing this? Is it a GTA thing? an LSPDFR thing? A plugin thing? It's almost as if there is a "protective field" around the car that forces it to slow down and stop before hitting another car. Whatever it is, I DON'T LIKE IT and want it gone.

PUBLIC SAFETY BULLETIN: Mirror Park, El Burro Heights, Vinewood Hills, Los Santos, SA and Los Santos County, SA LSPD and Los Santos County RCMP are encouraging residents of certain areas to exercise heightened awareness in regard to home safety. Recently, Home Invasions and Break and Enters have been increasing at an alarming rate in mentioned areas. Many ending in death. What police are recommending for residents is to ensure all doors and windows are locked, and covered at night and when no one is home to prevent thieves from scoping out their homes. Suspect and officer engage in roadside gunfight Blaine County, SA A constable of the RCMP Paleto Bay Detachment was shot by a suspect while conducting a traffic stop this afternoon on the NB Senora Freeway (Highway 13) just North of Braddock Pass. The constable was able to return fire, incapacitating the suspect. Both the constable and the suspect survived with life-threatening injuries. A 3-foot-long sword as well as a grenade were discovered inside the suspects car. The San Andreas RCMP Major Crime Section as well as CSIS are both investigating.

SUSPECT SHOT BY POLICE Los Santos, SA A woman was shot by a San Andreas RCMP Traffic Services constable after she got out of her car and fired four shots at the constable. Both the woman and the constable survived with serious injuries. The constable can be heard in the dashcam video later saying to himself: "All this over 4 grams of weed?!"
