Walter's NYPD vehicle pack is amazing but having NYPD, Twitter and New York State license plate in San Andreas doesn't seems right to me and therefore I decided to change some of the real-life markings on all the vehicles.
So with this pack installed correctly, you would see LSPD markings on all the 51 liveries available on the vehicles.

its been a while i must say, i stopped making mods for a while, due to no confidence in my mods, however i got a request from one of my friends and that pushed me, so ive decided to give it a best try from the sources i got.
I present a SoundOff Signal nERGY siren, its probably the highest quality i can get it to at this moment due to file limitations.

Usage for Fivem is working however you do need to Re-archive your file.

These liveries are based on the Dane County Sheriff's Office in south-central Wisconsin. This livery was used from the early 2000s until the adoption of the FPIU as the primary patrol vehicle after Ford stopped production of the Crown Victoria.
 
It now includes liveries for Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay. Over a dozen smaller cities, villages, and townships throughout Dane County contract with the Sheriff's Office for law enforcement services. This allows for increased police presence without the many costs associated with equipping, and staffing their own police department. This is an arrangement which is fairly popular throughout the state of Wisconsin.

This 4K livery is transparent so that you can set the vehicle color to metallic silver using a trainer (it looks so much better this way).

I've Made this siren a few months ago in 2020, fully rendered audio with high quality tones, it may not be the best however it may be one of the only ones released for gta platforms. You may use it in fivem and videos but do not include it in mod packs or downloads without my permission.

Here are a few liveries I created for the fictional Blaine County Sheriff's Office based off of Barnwell County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina I did not break my back to go 1 for 1 with realism since it is for the fictional Blaine County Sheriff's Office.
These are very bold and almost clashy with the orange which is something I oddly like along with the sharp edges and bends of the decal. They are pictured
with Ripple's Legacy Pack however the 14 and 18 charger are quite common models and will work on plenty of other vehicle packs. The FPIU was a little more tricky as far as compatibility for some reason.

The pack includes a few tones from PATLITE SAP500 series (SAP 500RBVK-N, SAP-500BK-PV & SAP-500RBVZ-HFC), with an additional vehicle horn:
-4 second Wail (SAP500BK-PV ４秒サイレン) | used by law enforcement and ambulance
-8 second Wail (SAP500BK-PV ８秒サイレン) | used by law enforcement 
-Slow Yelp (SAP500RBVK-N イエルプ) | seldom used by law enforcement but it does exist
-Fast Yelp (SAP500RBVK-N  イエルプ) | seldom used by law enforcement but it does exist
-Hilo (SAP500RBVK-N ピーポー) | used by ambulance
-Harmonic Hilo (SAP500RBVZ-HFC ハーモニック) | used by ambulance when approaching/driving in residential area
-Airhorn (SAP500RBVK-N ホーン) | seldom used by law enforcement but it does exist
-Car horn (Toyota Camry 07' トヨタカムリのクラクション) | usually, vehicle horn is used as the function of airhorn when approaching an intersetion by law enforcement.
As I like the horn of 07' Camry, I decided to grab its horn and included it in the pack.
 
In order to use it like real life setup, you MUST follow the instructions included in the Readme.txt.
 
Disclaimer:
-ELS is required for this siren pack to work unless you have a solution to overcome the limit of default GTA5 siren control
-Paramedic model of the siren should have a different Wail tone so I have made a mistake...

The Smart Siren Platinum series (SSP2000B/SSP3000A/SSP3000B/SSP3000B-200) is the successor to the older Smart Siren series (SS2000 generation).
This series was available in the market since it's release in the late 2000's and until the year 2020, when it was discontinued and replaced by the Pathfinder platform[1].
This series is extremely popular in the US and many emergency vehicles were equipped with it.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department ,Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and New York City Police Department are some of the L.E.A. that are famous for the usage of the Smart Siren 3000 series.

This mini-pack contains 10 2003-2011 Crown Victoria's based on the LAPD.
More cars will be added in the future.
 
The base model was newly converted from Forza Horizon3 for this project. The entire model has about 72k polygons and has been optimized lods etc.
The mod uses ELS and carcols to make the lighting as realistic as possible.
 
I believe I researched much of the LAPD's equipment while working on this vehicle, but there are still some inaccuracies.

Known Bugs:

This mod uses high quality textures, so it may cause some performance issues.
It is recommended to delete XX+hi.ytd if you experience any frame rate drops.

If you have installed a lights corona removal mod ( such as NVE ), the headlight strobe may not function properly. In this case, replace the corona texture in the mods\update.rpf\x64\textures with the vanilla one(This mod has been tested with NVE ( Fixed corona ), VisualV and QuantV.)
