What's up Guys! Here's another simple modified visual file for those of you who enjoy patrol cars with rotating lights like I do!
This mod makes the rotating light effects on the ground and surrounding buildings brighter and further away.

ELS fixes this for LED lights, but I always thought rotators didn't reflect on buildings far enough away, so I modified the carcols.ymt to make them POP.

You can't really see it in the screenshots, but you can check out the video link below to give you an idea.

 
To install, simply extract carcols.ymt contained in this download at the following path:
 
mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data
 
MAKE SURE YOUR CARS WITH ROTATORS HAVE SIRENSETTINGS SET TO 13 IN YOUR CARVARIATION.META

Make sure you backup the original file before you install the new one.

I have NOT tested this carcols.ymt with any visual mod like VisualV or
Make Visual Great Again so I don't know how it will affect your game
if you already have one of those (or any other like them) installed,

So some background to this... A person in my discord requested a van to be made I told him if it got enough hearts id make it thinking it wouldn't be possible as who wants a van... well my community basically trolled me and now this abomination of a vehicle is in front of you. Everything does work on it as expected working diles and all the lights and such I thought it would be funny so I added a Hemi to it. This thing is god awful but I hope someone finds it funny and someone gets use out of it. I have learned my lesson about saying il make something if it gets enough votes cuz obviously that doesn't work well XD anyways...... This UI Overlay will only work where you have DLS by TheMaybeast installed.
I know the functionality isn't Exactly the same as its real life counterpart, but we work with what we have 🙂
There are 2 folders within this file, 1 will replace the UI for every vehicle.
The other will allow you to specify on a per vehicle basis what control you want to use.

The 9005 sounds basically the same to the 7000 series, but it may provide the squeaky effect if it was played on a 'project-a-flex' speaker just like this siren mod does.

This is either the third, fourth, or fifth remaster of this pack. The vehicles are based off of the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana from the TV show Parks and Recreation. All vehicles (excluding one) have reflective liveries and my partition collision feature.
