Rebooting did not help

I built my computer so it’s pretty good so I’ll try doing a reboot Could it just be bc I use epic games? I tried rebooting and now I’m having to verify game I ran it once no problems but once I had to reinstall it it keeps crashing Would reinstalling GTAV help at all if this doesn’t work?

Is there anything else I can try it still says slow system or insufficient perms when I try to launch rph

I’ve done all of that and nothing works still

It says bad antivirus

I have the same issue but I’m on epic games and I have inserted real life police cars so I’m probably going to buy it on steam at Christmas time
