Epic games not launching with rph

It says bad antivirus

Load the game without RPH and wait for at least the flashing lights intro to play then Alt-Tab out and launch RPH.

Try making an exception in your antivirus, for windows defender use this guide https://www.howtogeek.com/671233/how-to-add-exclusions-in-windows-defender-on-windows-10/

Check your firewall and run it with admin permissions, that may help
If that doesn't work either try reinstalling RPH from here https://ragepluginhook.net/

Don't worry about deleting files just let it overwrite them

Is there anything else I can try it still says slow system or insufficient perms  when I try to launch rph

It could be because of your system being to slow, check that your specs are enough
If you haven't rebooted your PC since the issue appeared do that.

I built my computer so it’s pretty good so I’ll try doing a reboot 

Could it just be bc I use epic games?

I tried rebooting and now I’m having to verify game

I ran it once no problems but once I had to reinstall it it keeps crashing 

Would reinstalling GTAV help at all if this doesn’t work?

No it wouldn't be from epic, that's the version I use too

Reinstalling GTA may help, you can try it if you want

Other than that I don't know, others may though
