this ^ Truly if it wasn't for LCPDFR I wouldn't have played IV up to this point, I beat it originally when it came out on console, I bought it for PC to mod. LCPDFR came out and was amazing (still is) but if you don't have a really damn good computer, GTA IV WILL crash A LOT. I still play it a lot but only for LCPDFR fix. Once LSPDFR comes out and it will, I'm pretty certain I will for the most part abandon IV. Until things get close to where gta iv is (with modding LSPDFR and custom vehicles), there is still fun to be had with IV. :)

is there a way to make it not spawn slicktop/unmarked? I only want it to spawn with the light bar and marked.
