    Okay so I searched the forums and haven't came up with anything regarding this. I know how to add FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL and get an effect from that, but I was curious if you can change what EXACTLY spawns with the flag of FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE Then editing the line of <requiredExtras>EXTRA_2 EXTRA_3</requiredExtras> adding in the part that says EXTRA_2 EXTRA_3 being as thats what I want to spawn everytime. Seems to have no effect though.....Is it not possible to modify the default vehicles meta to where it would spawn what you tell it to spawn everytime (i.e. the backup units ect.) Thanks for your help

    Thank you but I don't know, I'm not that experienced with things as far as making HD goes I'm still a nub but if you want the FIB texture just export it from the original file and go in an replace the SWAT texture (with open iv obviously)

    I got tired of the grey pale bluish uniforms they have. so i made a black or a navy blue edit and also changed the FIB patch to SWAT. Hope you enjoy it.

    Love this car, but, can you please tell how do we modify the dispatch meta to where it spawns the vehicle with the lightbar, because it almost never spawns with a lightbar when AI are driving it.
