when you edit the "slim" texture at the bottom there is a white square and a red circle with a white dot in it, i copied the red circle with the white dot in it and pasted centered in the white square then recolored the circle but left the white dot and covered the white square up with background of the image. if you just recolor the white square it doesn't look right. one side looks normal the other side is solid. takes a couple minutes to do but looks better imo. have fun!

Los Santos County Police (Nassau) [ELS] 1.0.0 -t0y its the (HWY) Unmarked from this pack, however if you don't like white and red ELS you will have to edit the textures and VCF manually to change the color from that.(assuming you know how) I changed it to blue on blue currently. but the dds files you have to change are simple there is only two, they are named "dash emissive" and "slim" change those to what ever color you want and then change the vcf, replace the white and red with what ever. If you need help let me know I can help you with it.
