It's the weekend, the sun's out, (probably), time to jump on a bike and write as many tickets as you can!

This download contains the files for a 2015 onwards BMW R1200RT-P. The bike has two options, an Add-On DLC folder for SinglePlayer and a stream folder for FiveM use. The Add-On is intended to be a drag and drop DLC pack, while the FiveM version should be setup ready to use in a server of your choice.

A massive thank you to tkdwnsehtk for allowing me to use their R1200 edits to make it an RT-P, the bike wouldn't have been possible without this.

A 3-stage DLS file is included in the download, the functions have been setup to be as accurate to LAPD use as I can find. Full details are in the Read Me.

An important note for FiveM, I do not use FiveM and have no way of testing or troubleshooting it, everything is setup to work on FiveM but I will provide NO support for FiveM use.

The bike is intended to be as accurate as possible to the LAPD's R1200s, however there may be some small inaccuracies. The reflective livery, although simple, is also accurate to the LAPD, with a lore-friendly version also included, both in 2k and 4k.

The bike is setup to use several extras to customise it to your liking;

Extra 10 - Blue Reflector below licence plate (use varies on real world LAPD R1200s)
Extra 11 - Rear Light Box blue ID lights (LAPD don't seem to use them but they're there if you want them)
Extra 12 - Licence plate blue ID lights

Spawn name for the bike is lapdr1200 and will need to be spawned through a native trainer of your choice.

--Known Bugs--
1. The windscreen doesn't smash. No idea why, it should with the way it's setup. I'll keep trying and update the download if it works but I'm not going to delay release for that.
2. The bike's siren works in all DLS stages and when lights are off, I can't work out how to make it work on two stages, it's one or all, so the only work around is for it to work all the time. If I work it out I'll update the config.

On a side note, this has taken way too long to get to this stage, but after 4 attempts at remaking the light parts, it's finally at a stage I'm happy to release it to the public. I will be making several other variants of the R1200RT, primarily for LA area agencies, (CHP, LASD, BHPD, SMPD etc., likely as a pack for the smaller agencies and standalone for the more popular agencies), as well as a more generic version that should work for any department, because mods should be free for everyone to enjoy. Stay tuned for those!

SINGLEPLAYER WARNING: If you are experiencing issues with the lighting not properly enabling, this pack cannot be used simultaneously with AdvancedHookV because extra #2 and extra #3 have a collision which requires the vehicle to be repaired by DLS, something that AdvancedHookV breaks. We recommend dragging AdvancedHookV out of your game files whilst using this pack with DLS.

Time for the Harley to get the Non-ELS treatment!

This download contains the files for a Non-ELS ~2014 onwards CHP Harley Davidson Electra Glide. The download contains three options, an Add-On DLC folder for SinglePlayer, Replace files for SinglePlayer and a stream folder for FiveM use. The Add-On is intended to be a drag and drop DLC pack, while the FiveM version should be setup ready to use in a server of your choice. The Replace version requires a lot more effort to install and I would advise against it, as such I will not support install as a Replace vehicle but you're free to give it a go if you choose.

A 2-stage DLS file is also included, stage 2 being rear lights only and stage 3 being full response lighting. The Takedown mode has been setup to show steady burn lights across the bike, should you wish to use them. The bike will work without DLS but has added functions and sirens set up for DLS use.

The radio head in the dash is not correct to the newest in use with the CHP. It should be either the Kenwood TK-5710 or -5810 and not
the Motorola O2 radio, but seen as the Kenwood radio does not exist in the dev world and I am in no way a modeller of any sorts, the
Motorola radio it is.

1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmvpd’.
3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which is located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

        <Item>dlcpacks:/dmvpd/</Item>

4. Replace old file with the new one.

I present you with a Dynasty 8 MLO which replaces the Cockatoos nightclub. (Re-Release since tebex was being difficult) 
 
This MLO features 3 separate floors each with its own purpose. 
Garage - The garage is pretty bare bones with nothing too interesting, But there is a functional garage door so you can drive vehicles into the building for safe storage! (The lower interior door does not function)
1st Floor - The first floor contains the main sales area for potential clients to browse the listing (These come with a template so are fully customizable!) and meet with some of the staff. There are two desks and a lovely sitting area. Into the second room there is 4 desks where clients can complete some more paperwork and go over any details with the agent. 
2nd Floor - The second floor houses 4 rooms. There is a colleague break room, Storage room, Office and communal work space. Each of these rooms are well decorated and can serve a multitude of purposes. 
 
The exterior of the building has lovely white lights which come on as it falls tp night which gives the building a modern and sleek look. This MLO is like nothing I have seen before with Dynasty 8 as it gives a modern and collected look to any potential clients!

This is a Petaluma Police, California, based pack. It features multiple textures based on their units. This was not made for accuracy as it was intended for a private Sonoma based FiveM Community however I have decided to release these as they are of no use to us anymore. Hopefully they are of use to some people since they fit into the area well.
Pack may be updated in the future if a base model is requested or a specific texture is needed.

This is my first ever project into gta 5 ymap's. It's pretty small but I tried to add some details to make it looks nice and hopefully add some roleplay value to your server!
Includes 4 buildings with some trees, other details and destructible props. Working collision and 5 vehicle generators that spawn random vehicles around the properties.
 
To install:
Simply put into your FiveM server's "resources" and then add this line below into your server.cfg
 
start gtt_joshua_housing

A lot of the road signs in Los Santos are placed "illegaly" according to the California "Manuel on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD)" code. This mod corrects this. It replaces wrong placed signs with the right version and removes unnecessary ones that sometimes even conflict with eachother.

Welcome to my absolutely awful CHP 2014 Tahoe. This was not initially meant for release, I was simply making this for private use in my LSPDFR but after a couple requests I am releasing it.
 
This is not a 1:1 model, as 1, I simply do not care enough considering I made it for only me anyway, and 2, I lack the parts e.g. wheels to make it accurate. Yes, the livery is also slightly wrong, as the top part of the door isn't white IRL, if you care that much, fix it yourself 🙂.
