All 3 of those apps have been updated. Since the update isn’t recognized when going on duty, the game auto unloads them and they don’t run. You need to update them and they will work fine.

I have been reading forums and researching for 2 days how to fix this issue. the native trainer wont load, i have added cars through LML and they wont load or show up as an option to spawn (all of my previous cars before the update are missing as well), ELS isn't working properly either. i have downloaded the new LSPDFR update multiple times, scripthook v multiple times and asi loader.
