    don't know why but when i spawn the cars and try to cycle through the stages of lights they don't come on except stage 3 just the tail lights start flashing. I've installed everything correctly and even watched videos in the other comments to make sure I'm doing it correct?

    every time i download a mod and try to open file a prompt pops up saying this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action, please install an app or if one is already installed create an association in the default apps setting page. I really need help i have watched every video i can find and nothing answers this.
