If you have too much Traffic you are able to change that. To to the Graphics settings in your Game, Then go to Vehicle Density. Vehicle Density is your Amount of Traffic Spawn-er. Sgt. Perez

I hope you do not Forget Arkansas State Police. Also Arkansas State Police Vehicles are Dodge Chargers N' CVPI's that are Civilian Vehicles when they Buy them; Which means NO BLACK RIMS! Their Bared Units have a Whelen Liberty bar Light with a Traffic advisor in the bar Wig-Wags, head N' Tail Lights. Note if they do not have the Trafffic Advisor option then they may have Fog Lights then. Also most of the Higher Ranks have Ram Guards. They Higher in Rank they are they do not have a Ram Guard for more Stealth. Then the Captain of each Troop has an Unmarked, then Lt. has a Slicktop and so on.
