    I just installed and saw the comment but this is how I fixed it Go into plugins/LSPDFR/LSPDFR Enhanced Settings.ini and disable Online Mode, that stopped the problem for me... This was the cause, it just kept spamming in that 2-3 second span trying to connect to the Online sync the mod offers
