Changed the textures but still having issues. Downloaded the Veh. " Chevy Express Van Coroner-Prisoner Transport - Undercover - Traffic Div - Vehicle Models - LCPDFR.com " and your Texture. followed the steps. and this is what's happening. it works, but once it get a certain distance from me, it changes.- 1 comment

Looks good , but you need to add drinking /open container in public. -
So I put the vehicles in patch day 22 and it didn’t do nothing everything is exactly the same

i didnt put a marked vehicle in a FBI spot. I copied and dragged as told in Read Me notepad file.

They are in patch day 23. If I put it in 22 will that screw up the game.

So I have downloaded LSPD Vehicals with ELS, And they work everything’s fine but the FBI (UNMARKED BUFFALO) vehicle is always a Marked vehicle, no matter what download & install, And the LSPD Interceptor & Buffalo never change. They are always there. The Vehicles I download & recently installed is supposed to have marked and unmarked vehicles, but there is no unmarked even though I installed them. Is there anyway to fix this, or re-download vanilla vehicles, or should I just uninstall GTA and reinstall and start from scratch.
