    Incomplete download (No XML files) makes ELS useless with these vehicles. They look good other than that.

    I've downloaded this pack 3 times today (Used it multiple times in the past) and the files are simply just not included in the download. This comes as a very big disappointment since I was looking forward to using this pack again. In regards to the files, I have found my original download of this pack (February 2019) which did include the xml's. Hopefully I can make some sense of the old ones.

I thought I'd never find a State Police vehicle pack that I liked, glad I found this. @BradM, would you kindly point me to the file where I can find the black texture on top of the light bar? Looking to put something custom there for my own personal use. I would highly appreciate it! Thanks
