    You cannot upload others' models without their permission. You may upload any textures you made for their packs (only texture files such as .ytd .pngs etc.).

    It’s probably not the clothes that are missing but the correct setup. Grab the default EUP Menu files from its download page and add your own custom outfits back via the in game wardrobe.

    Drag the .dll into your main directory, click yes when prompted to replace/overwrite.

    Have you installed the pursuit fix file from the LSPDFR download? It's a separate option.

    Those are controlled by the Agency xml files in lspdfr>data or/and lspdfr>data>custom

    If you want to replace those cars, simply use a recent patch day, such as patch2025_01. They will override the cars from earlier patchdays. If you need the specific locations from those cars, use the OpenIV and search for them.

    The popular game config on 5mods has multiple variants with different traffic densities. Maybe you can download that and check which lines affect traffic, and then edit your current gameconfig to match your wanted density.

    It's most likely from an interiors mod like enable all interiors. Might be woth checking out the mod page to see if you can disable certain features or not.
