Whatever you edited lately was done so incorrectly. Get an editing software like Notepad++ if you haven't already. It'll tell you the lines of your file (here 2515).

Simply have LSPDFR installed as usual and then replace your existing files in your game directory with those from this version.

That means something in your mods folder is faulty. Revert recent changes or start a new one.

Sometimes this happens when the arrest animation of the bugs out, especially when a AI cop and you try to arrest at the same time. This shouldn’t happen consistently. If it does your issue is most likely to be related to something else.

Some users have reported that reverting to an older version of TrainerV has worked. Otherwise, I’d just use the RPH console for spawning cars, giving guns etc.
Removing the trainer is the only thing that I’ve seen work consistently.

You can add stations via the lspdfr specific xmls inside the lowercase lspdfr folder.
You can either add to the stations xmls you may already have or create a new one following the syntax of those that already exist. They work based on coordinates you can get by entering „printinfo“ into your RPH console while standing where you want the new station icon to be. The coordinates will be copied to your RPH log file.

Just the .dll into your main directory.

Remove its asi file and retry.

Are you using any kind of trainer (TrainerV, SimpleTrainer, etc.)?

Can you remove XScanner from your game temporarily and start GTA V again to play a random callout?

Download this and drag and drop the .dll into your main game directory.
Click yes if asked to replace.

Update GTA V by verifying your game files after deleting GTA V.exe Update RPH and LSPDFR by manually reinstalling LSPDFR If the issue persists: Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true. Update: Deadly Weapons, Deryll Callouts, GrammarPolice, Interior Callouts, Policing Redefined, Riskier Traffic Stops Ensure you have PyroCommon (comes with this file: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/23995-supercallouts/) Attach a new log if you still face problems. If you refuse to update LSPDFR/GTA V, you can start with step 4, but no guarantee it will work without updating them.

I think it belongs into your main directory. 

You have to finish the first few missions before being able to roam freely around LS and thus, use LSPDFR. The last mission you need to do is called Franklin & Lamar. After that, you will spawn in front of Franklins house.

Ultimate Backup is not an RPH plugin. It loads when LSPDFR is loaded and you go on duty. Please move it to Plugins\LSPDFR\

Legacy is the old and enhanced the new version. For LSPDFR you’ll want to continue to use Legacy.
Everything else works like before. Directory, installing mods, plugins etc etc.

Remove all ScriptHookVDotNet files and retry.

You'll have to go to a PD and go on duty through the locker room to create a character. Your log indicates that you have not done that yet.
