Also, you might want to remove CalloutManager and EasyLoadoutContinued as they are both outdated.

You want to search for the SAHP section and change the stuff within the vehicles tag from for example police4 to whatever the cars are named that you installed. You can also take a look at this video for visual help.

You have an XML error with your stations_eupfr.xml and your stations_sahp.xml. The latter is throwing an error on line 28, pos 1.

Backing up the files to a cloud such as Google Drive will be impacted by your internet speed as you actually upload and download files to the cloud service.
1. No idea what you are talking about really. The easiest solution is creating a backup folder on your disk and copying all GTA folder contents.
2. Since you said your download speeds are meh, no.
3. Copy-Pasting is the best way.

Move everything except LSPD First Response.dll and .pdb, RAGENativeUI.dll, NewtonsoftJson.dll, EUPMenu.dll and the EUP Folder in that newly created folder.
Move RAGENativeUI.dll and NewtonsoftJson.dll to your main directory.

Lennyy's post in Character Activity Problem was marked as the answerStopThePed uses its own system for arrest, frisks etc. Therefore LSPDFR can't track those stats. You'd have to remove STP for your stats to work properly.
Traffic stops are not different from using STP/Not using STP. Hence why those stats are tracked correctly.
