Also, you’re missing the EUPMenu folder.

Update your GTA by deleting your GTAV.exe and then verify your game files.
 
Update LSPDFR and RPH by manually reinstall the latest build of LSPDFR from our website.
 
Then report back.

Grab an updated version of RNUI from here. Drag the .dll into your main directory. 

That’s a program called WinRAR which you need to work with .rar and .zip archives. Alternately you can download 7Zip.

Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true.

Also, Theres an update for external police computer available for download.

Same still applies. Make sure to drop it into your main directory.

Check your stations_sahp.xml at Line 28.

Perform a clean reinstall of SuperCallouts. Make sure you put the pyro.Common into your main GTA directory.

Try to set your spawnpoint to another location via the M menu.

Start Rage and click on the cog icon ⚙️ to access the RPH settings. Set the displayed number to 60000 instead of 10000. You're missing irrKlang.NET4 which comes with this plugin. You're missing LiteConfig which comes with this plugin. You can install an update for: ImmersiveAmbientEvents MCCallouts Super Callouts Super Events XScanner For a smoother experience I'd recommend the removal of: AirportCallouts ALPR+ secondcallout HighWayCallouts More Robberies Police Smart Radio Traffic Policer Wilderness Callouts

Update RPH by manually reinstalling LSPDFR.
Issue 1: You’re missing newtonsoft.json (comes with ransom ambience).
Issue 2: Your porci plugin settings are causing an issue. A true/false value was expected but you somehow entered a string.

Can you please upload your latest RPH.log. It’s a text document found in your main directory. It hasn’t got any numbers in its name. 
 
Also make sure to fully replace all LSPDFR files. Download the manual build of LSPDFR and drag and drop all files into your main directory. RPH comes with this build.
Also please provide a screenshot of the error.

For me the site works and I can download the exe. Are you sure you’re using the correct link (https://openiv.com)?

You‘re missing the DiscordRPC file inside your main directory. It comes with better presence.

Delete the Jackson Barkhart character in the path mentioned above.

You’re missing Pyro.common which you can get from SuperCallouts as well as NAudio. I believe it either comes with More radio chatter or MCCallouts.
Theres an update for Immersive Ambient Events available as well.

I don’t know what this translates to as I don’t speak that language but I’m guessing it’s something about missing a dependency?

Take a close look at the path being mentioned. It says the file is in \Plugins\
 
Check that folder for TrafficPolicer and delete it.

You can’t move the callouts dialogue.

No but I’d advise you to if you’re not reliant on SHVs update.
 
No. Either update GTA and LSPDFR or don’t update GTA and don’t update LSPDFR.
 
 

If LSPDFR disables the hair stylist (which I’m not certain it does), you’re stuck with the character editor. You could install a trainer or skin control which would allow to to further edit your facial features. If you’re using EUP, maybe that has an option to edit your desired options in the F11 menu.
