Verifying game files does nothing to files outside of the files provided by GTA.

I‘m out of ideas sadly. You also uninstalled the entire game as well as deleting the Grand Theft Auto V folder to make sure it’s fully gone?

The issue you’ll have with diagnosing is the sheer amount of possible causes this might have. I’d check if the audio in the lspdfr (or STP) folders works correctly. Is the rest of the audio coming from the GTA V game working correctly? It could also be a third party software messing with your audio output. Perhaps also try renaming your mods folder to _mods and then retry. There are audio strings in the x64 folders which the game also uses.

„Exception message: Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x72935408.“ Your Sheriff2 model is throwing an error. Either the model or its meta files are faulty.

If _mods works then you’re already on the right track. I’m not quite sure what you’re asking since you’ve already said yourself that it is the mods folder that’s crashing your game. It’s not saveable unless you specifically redo recently made changes.

To me the ELS cycle tones sound normal. Looks like you installed this addon which alters the button clicks. As for the plate check audio it could be the fact PoliceSmartRadio is heavily outdated. Have you tried using stop the ped for plate checking? Does the same issue still occur?

Is it your entire game that’s crashing?

Ensure you have ScriptHookV in your main directory. Also make sure you download the latest AdvancedHookV at the ELS download page. It’s a separate file from the ELS archive.

Start Rage and access the RPH settings by clicking on the cog ⚙️ icon. Change the displayed number from 10 to 60.000

Upload your latest log again.

Does it crash without Rage as well?

Should be random, is it happening frequently while doing something specific? Also you can install an update for MegaphoneUI. Perhaps try removing the following plugins due to them being out of date: - AssortedCallouts - BetterEMS (UltimateBackup has EMS built into it) - Computer+ (Compulite or even better ReportsPlus) - LSPDFR+ (StopThePed as alternative) - TrafficPolicer (same here, STP). Also, the following have been discontinued: - Automatic Siren Cutout - Richs Police Enhancements. Did you fully restart your computer after making changes to your AV settings? Did you try disabling it entirely before launching RPH? Do you have any additional AV programs other than Windows Defender?

Add the rage exe specifically as an exception to your AV. You can also turn your antivirus software off, start Rage and turn it on again.
