that's very easy, for real? you just create folder with your DLC name inside DLC folder.. after creating that folder, you just right click and choose option create, than you could see an .rpf file, name it as dlc. that's it LOL another way to make your own DLC, is just take another DLC and replace cars or helis (depends on what manifest) here

I have currently added some EMS vehicles, and some fire engines, and I have even spawned one fire engine without game crush. But when I have added it to UB files, that stuff has became a reason of game crush.

So, once my character shoots someone, or make some action like that, his face become all filled with blood, and his shoulders in uniform too. how to fix that?

So, when I choose the option in LSPDFR menu, called smth like: "Go to the nearest police station", I just get endless black screen within the white small circle in the right bottom of the screen. what's the problem?

Nope. I have RX 5700 on this PC, and I ALWAYS suffer every possible trouble. I also got intel xeon 3rd gen.. I mean, I was playing with some trouble before. but, still playing. now, I have absolute mess up.. (Aslo, it crushes while loading game screen) (Yeah, I have all drivers updated).

Yeah people say "it doesn't fit together" blah blah blah. But I have used it once with ELS, when I was installing LAPD FPIU 2020. So, how do I fit them, so they WORK? And if it impossible, how to replace an DLS, but to make a DLS file itself work w/o (without) troubles?

Does anyone have a guide on how to write ELS code? And how to fit it all so that it fits all the strobes of the car exactly?

So, let's get straight to the point. I have replaced SAHP uniform to CHP uniform, and now my gamewardens (or however they are called), wear an CHP uniform instead of their own. Or, if I would replace LAPD patrol officer uniform, I'm pretty sure SWAT would use the same uniform as LAPD patrol officers, etc. so, how to fix that problem? I want separate different uniform to different things

I'd like to know if it's possible to line up NPCs in a row like this, and keep that row slim? And is it possible to make an NPC take a shield and you follow him in back?

I put in DLC instead of CHP BMW 1300R ans LAPD BMW 1200. Changed handling.meta to both motorcycles to bike, but for some reason, when I spawn these bikes (trainerV), the bikes just stand next to each other like a piece of cardboard - they literally can not sit on them. In my opinion, the bike even get pushed, but not to ride it. Why? And how to fix this, so that in the DLC can be instead of a car to put a working motorcycle?
