Does anyone have a suggestion for a mod that makes NPC's less dumber than a bag of toast?

Hi all! I hope I am posting this in the right place, if not please let me know. I have been trying to get my patrols started again on LSPDFR. Sadly I had uninstalled GTA a while ago to make room for other games. My issue is, that I have the up to date RPH application, however it says that this game version is not supported, and says that I need to revert to a previous game version. Whenever I try to do so it will not let me. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Hi all! My lspdfr is crashing on startup. It seems to load all my plugins then crashes back to my desktop. I have uninstalled the game and mods and installed the game again with some mods and it still crashes. I've re named my mods folder to _mods and it loads the game but I cant figure out how to get the other mods in game. I feel like I've tried everything and I'm not really sure what else to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!! RagePluginHook.log

gta loaded smoothly, i think it was something in my mods folder, ive deleted all my plugins and im re installing them

still not working, I also tried verifying my game files and that didn't seem to work either.

ok i have a backup but rage said it couldnt use it because it wasnt up to date so im just gonna uninstall everything and reinstall, id like to thank both of you for your time and help today and i hope you have a good evening, its the evening in toronto where i am so charlie i hope you have a good rest of your day lol cause i see your from the UK, and kopz i see your from canada like me but idk if we are from the same time zone lol. again thanks to both of you

how do i revert it?

hi charlie my game loads now but I cant load my EUP menu anymore and everyones clothing is messed up, how does this keep screwing up? i also cant load the correct cars

now the game doesnt load either, so maybe its just a problem with the game and not the mods? ive tried renaming it and then loading the plugins in game and it doesnt work. i can load the game when i re name the mods folder but none of the plugins work
