Oh my god, I'm so dumb i'm so sorry i wasted your time. When the vehicle packs weren't working I uninstalled LSPDFR and installed it again and forgot ScriptHookV. Sorry for wasting your time.

ELS asi? Orr? Here is what i mean by lights are open by itself when I didn't even turn them on.

What i mean is, the light would be open like when you go in OpenIV and you see how the car looks like, it has the same lighting pattern as in the one in OpenIV and when i press "E" it uses the siren and the two taillights are flashing.

The lights are already open when i'm not even in the vehicle but it isn't flashing like Radiance or ELS but when i go in the vehicle it Flashes.

Yes, I've installed ScriptHookV and AdvancedHookV, I've tried everything and it still doesn't work. I put it in patchday 24 and it still doesn't work. When i'm not even in the vehicle i see some lights open already but they're not like Flashing, but when i go in the vehicle it flashes and one car i have opens ALL the lights. And when i try to close it by the "J" Button it doesn't work only the "E" works as if it's a Non-ELS vehicle. What is that? If it's the tint in the back it's clear. It acts like a Non-ELS vehicle but it doesn't do any light patterns makes it only on random Patterns constant like Cruise pretty much. I've tried to do the Lock thing for ELS didn't work, I tried to open the menu (Ctrl+P) didn't work. The only thing that worked was "E". I've tried like 3 packs and they're all the same outcome. I've got a pack i've used in the past and it's the same outcome. So i don't know if it's my game or what.

So, I've came back to LSPDFR because i was bored. So when i installed everything from the start and when i put the ELS vehicles (police to police 4) and FBI and FBI2, i've also put their XML in the pack_default in the ELS folder and when i loaded in the game I press J to open the ELS but it doesn't work. So i pressed "E" and it opened the car but the light bar wasn't working at all the only thing that was working were the tail lights (Flashing white light), I've been looking for a fix for like 12 hours now and i can't seem to find it. I've put the vehicles first in patchday3ng (Where they said to put it) and it didn't work so I put it in patchday 23ng and it still doesn't work. I've uninstalled the openiv.asi and the asiloader as people said and i installed them again, restarted my pc and it still doesn't work. Any help with this?

Problem has been solved, My LSPDFR was just not Up to date.

I may have found the solution, My LSPDFR was still 0.4.7 I think if i do it to 0.4.8 it should get the things fixed i'll keep this updated if it works.

So before i started playing the game it was all working Fine, I've installed a brand new car which is the Grapeseed Police Department Dodge charger, When i loaded in everything was fine i could be on duty and everything, When i loaded in the car it was all fine, When i tried to do stop the ped and Ultimate backup it said they needed to Update, So i updated them i Installed the brand new ones put them in the game and there's that, But when i did update them and get back in game I go on duty and my Game freezes for a moment then crashes with Rage plugin hook crashes also which closes my game, When i tried to ForceDuty It did the same thing, And sometimes when i load it up my Game goes windowed and when Lspdfr loads the game crashes without saying "Lspdfr has crashed" No the game just crashes and closes, I have Lspdfr up to date and Rage plugin hook up to date, As i said in the morning it was working fine before i Updated my 2 plugins, Any help would be Appreicated here!
