I'd really like to see the dark mode of the website.  Using a menu, set theme, add light theme, dark theme and automatic (which automatically sets the theme that changes as the day of the night changes, so at night use dark theme and during day the light theme).

Unless you find a mod, I don't think this is some setting you can change

Remove Traffic Policer - it is out of date and can create game instability. Hopefully that makes a difference!
 
 

That's unusual. The hardware scan that GTA did got a wrong video card description?
Can you send a screenshot of the GPU section in Task Manager?
In regards to the issue, I will let the others handle that.

That's weird.
It isn't a big issue but if it bothers you try contacting R* Support.

There are 2 crashes. The first has been caused by Chill Callouts - I'd remove it as it is getting a bit old now
 
The second one looks random but removing Chill Callouts may fix it 🙂

I did and I figured that would fix it bit I was working on the military pickup so apologies for the long delay in replying. I was doing a traffic stop of a drug dealer and I searched but when I searched I got the page of what was found then it crashed. 
I wish I can read these so I can stop bugging you lol.

Looks like a random crash and it was the game not LSPDFR.
I'd experiment with lowering the graphics which can put pressume of your system.
 
In regards to the aspect ratio try changing it in the settings.xml file found in: Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V

If you just installed the settings.xml file this should have no impact on your saved vehicles.
 
With lights go into settings and turn the following to high:
Shader Shadow PostFX Any more issues let me know 🙂

I'm pretty sure the 6 is right. To set it to 1920x1080 copy in this: 
<ScreenWidth value="1920"/>
<ScreenHeight value="1080"/>
 
In regards to the video cards as long as it is using the right one (this can be checked in task manager) then you should be fine!

Could you try setting it as not read only?

Doesn't look too bad. 

In my opinion I like the look of RB better than BW or BB. I think RR would be firefighters and maybe BB can be for ambulances? RB I would say for police and Amber for like tow trucks and stuff. Just my opinion but I love the look of RB.

Go into the GTAV directory and find a file called "Commandline"
 
Delete its contents

In this log it looks like you haven't cleared the commandline. Try again making sure you delete all its contents!

No worries! I can't say I have the best of computers either but if you look around for things like this I find they can surprisingly make a difference: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/hd-low-end

If you have any more questions let me know!

I assume your problem is you don't want the lights to be white. If that is correct make sure your PostFX and Shaders settings are set to at least high.

Please attach your "RagePluginHook" log - a text document found in your main directory

Have you made any edits to the xml files in GTAV/lspdfr/data?

Can you send another log when you get a crash? It would be great to compare the 2!
