Suggestion: Dark Mode

I'd really like to see the dark mode of the website.  Using a menu, set theme, add light theme, dark theme and automatic (which automatically sets the theme that changes as the day of the night changes, so at night use dark theme and during day the light theme).

Go to the Home for the Forums. Scroll all the way till you hit the bottom. Click Themes. Change to Dark Mode.
