Yes - that's correct! The way Patchdays work is that the latest Patchday overrides the previous. Therefore, if you have a vehicle in Patchday9ecng, it will override the default vehicle in Patchday3. 🙂

This means the issue is in your mods folder. Revert your recent changes but I'd also make sure you have a heap & packfile limit adjuster installed as well as a custom gameconfig which are often required for various modifications.

To clarify - I think you mean POLICE; POLICE1 doesn't exist. 😄 It sounds like you have not installed the ELS XML files into /ELS/pack_default that are required for ELS-enabled vehicles.

It looks like you have ENB installed; this affects how RagePluginHook hooks with GTAV. Therefore you need to load GTAV without RAGE; only once you are in story mode can you ALT + TAB out and launch, letting it hook.

That would not cause this error. Anyhow - this is an image of a clean GTAV folder, for steam. Please use it as a reference and remove all foreign files.

Yes - Bejoijo's plugins to require an active internet connection in order to validate that you are on the latest version. There is no way to prevent this unfortunately, and not having a valid internet connection will mean you are not able to use their plugins. "after few minutes the auto verify comes on if its correct will the plugin stops or crash if im not connected to internet" I am not too sure what you mean here however, once you go on-duty with an internet connection, allowing Bejoijo's plugins to validate the version, you should be free to turn off your WiFi. 😄

The solution is not to clean your GTAV folder, but you are missing the .NET Framework [at least v4.7.2]. Download it from here.

What are these "old mods"? And attaching a screenshot of your main directory would be helpful, as well as providing which platform you own GTAV on. 😄
