Like I said I cannot provide support but I'd advise that you remove any trainers etc.. and see if the issue persists

Sadly we cannot provide support for pirated versions of GTA. What I can say is that the current version of LSPDFR is only compatible with the latest patch of GTAV

You'd have to update to version 2060.1

Lets do one thing at a time. In your attached log your game version is 1.0.1180.2 This is not compatible for LSPDFR 0.4.8 and you need to update your game. Or you could downgrade LSPDFR but versions older than 0.4.7 aren't publicly available If you have LSPDFR 0.3b attach that log

Not a problem! The keys furthest on the right are the keys just as "The F Key" The ones furthest on the left is how they are represented in ini files etc....

Looks like StopThePed has loaded fine. I'm pretty sure it is an issue with the ini file. Make sure you are using these keys: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.windows.forms.keys?view=net-5.0

No need to reinstall RAGE. The log is just copied here - it will remain in your main directory Have you got any Windows Updates available?

Thanks! This is a nice easy fix 😄 You are missing .NET framework. It can be installed here: Download .NET Framework 4.7.2 Web Installer (microsoft.com) Hope this helps : D
