  1. Go to GTAV/plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR Then retry.
  2. Verify your game files.
  3. Make the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus + Windows Defender then restart your PC.
  4. I see. Move dinput8.dll out of your main directory, to your desktop, and retry.
  5. Could you attach your RagePluginHook log found in your main directory, rather than logs folder. Thanks!

  8. Make sure you have a heap adjuster and gameconfig installed. If so, you most likely have an error, these are typically in META files or XML entries so I advise you check those.
  9. Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 in the RAGE settings. Failing that, send a new log.
