  1. Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done throug the RAGE settings. Failing that, attach your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory.

  3. Haha what can I say? I clearly have no life 😂 Anyway, this looks slightly different. Rather than an incorrect data file your mods folder is possibly crashing your game due to other things. To confirm, in your lspdfr.ini is Main.PreloadAllModels set to false?
