Load GTAV without RAGE. Once you are fully in story mode, ALT + TAB out and launch RAGE, letting it hook.

Hiya. Please do the following: Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings. You have some out of date plugins, namely: Callout Manager, PeterUCallouts & Wilderness Callouts. It is advised that you remove them. I couldn't check the callout pack you have installed called "Callout" - maybe you know what that is. Hope this helps. 🙂

Yes. We disabled your mods folder, therefore the issue is in there. Revert your recent changes, re-enable it, then retry.

Reinstall the "lspdfr" folder from the LSPDFR manual install. Then retry.

I see. Try getting a fresh lspdfr.ini and see if that works. Though, I'm not too sure on this issue, sorry!

The installs will have readmes for installation, read them.

That does not mean they are updated. I could release something in 2002. Just because it is the latest version of said release, doesn't change anything. But happy it was resolved nonetheless.

They aren't loaded through RAGE, they are LSPDFR Plugins. Therefore, they will load when you go on duty. 🙂

Make sure ScriptHookV is installed. If it isn't, then make a note to actually read the install instructions. 🙂
