    Yes. So you don't have the plugins you say you had. Instead, you installed ComputerPlus & ALPRPlus. Both are outdated and should be removed.

    Hiya, Nothing is really in this log, though your latest log is called RagePluginHook (a text document) found in your main directory. Attach that here please. 🙂

    Update RageNativeUI & be aware that while not causing this issue, you have outdated plugins. I'd go over them.

    I see. Try adjusting the permissions of your GTAV folder; make sure SYSTEM, Administrator & User have full control.

    If you are installing addon vehicles, you'd want to install a custom gameconfig. As well as, you'd need a Heap & Packfile adjuster.

    They contain outdated RageNativeUI files, which is why. When you install this new version, just don't override it with any other copies of RageNativeUI. 😄

    Definetly looking like a mods issue! To confirm this, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.
