Really amazing mod u brought so much new features to the game that were always missing, but u elso forgot some things from UB like spawning peds in vehicles and follow you , elso the Back up AI is so terrible i start avoiding to call back up because they turn the scene into a mess with thier amazing driving and parking skills XD 

anyways other than that such a great mod keep up the good work and good luck

This 100% fixed the issue. I quoted it and pasted it in my reply. I too was having the issue of the full map staying the same and the mini map being very blurry. After I did this fix the numbers showed up on the mini map and then the full map on the pause menu displayed properly. I am very good at working with this stuff and trouble shooting. If it still doesn't work after this fix above it is 100% on YOUR end. Also thank you to the creator of this and those that helped!

So as @heyme2 said it's so similar to ELS , 3 stages of lighting , siren control , steady burns ... the only difference between ELS and DLS is ELS uses the EXTRAS as lighting and it works with Script Hook and DLS uses a LIVE carcols lighting and it works with Rage Plugin Hook 

So short story DLS is same concept as ELS but with different system ... Give it a try it is really cool and so useful

I'm afraid that's not possible for my mod, you should contact the author of the "More Police Chatter" mod i think he would be able to do that

Well no , i tried to find any solution but i didn't find anything other than using a short handcuffs sound to match in
