about the build i posted and just wanted to say that my freinds build is quite simliar to it but he put few more bells and whistles in it but over all the 760 should be able to run gta fairly well and you will have no problem running the game with alot of mods and enbs and if you have a greater budget you can add a few more things like more fans and cpu cooler and what not. my pc specs are i7 4770k oc, gtx 780,16 gb ram, 2tbhdd, 250gb samsung evo ssd,h100i cpu cooler. and my freinds computer can run the game a exactly like my pc. and building it yourself is way more fun!
