I got all lights to blue but the red lights also still exist :/ i guess It can be Done by modding in .ytd files

Hey guys! Is there anyone here that could help me out with changing out the lightbar from 2015 dodge charger to Blue lights only instead of Blue + Red? I really want help with this, anyone please!?

Awsome!, how can you make your ELS Lights so "light blue"?, mine is more dark ;/, is it possible to change the lights color to brighter? This guy have very bright els lights -

Can some one here tell me where to get GTA IV Bass mod? If it does not exist could some one make one atleast, would be awsome? here is alot of examples, but they dont tell how to install bass or anything..

Please could you tell me when its going to be realesed? Really need it -
I want to play GTA IV online, with other players, i tried with almost everything i dont know what i got left that i should try well, i have added this ports: TCP/UDP: 3074, 53, 443, 88 and i even tried to connect with "Internet Cable", when i go to "Mobile/Multiplayer/Lan/Create Match/Start game" then i get this error "disconnected from game session" i dont know why this happens, but i always getting "disconnected from game session" when i try to start a game, and the "Live" option dosent even work, it says i gotta be connected to GFWL, my gta iv is cracked by razor , patch 1.0.7.0 and yes i got mods, but i dont think its that causes the problem Im trying to play on Computer/PC So please anyone help me so i can play online with other players!

Hello, LCPD:FR Members! I wonder if there is anybody which could help me to create ingame Diesel sound for a given numbers of cars.. If there is anybody which could help me to create it.. so please create "Diesel Sound" for these cars ::: Police Cruiser Police Patrol Noose Cruiser FBI Buffalo Have been searching over all forums but not founded any diesel sound for those cars, so i wish there is anyone helpfull..
