[Help] Need help with GTA IV Multiplayer

I want to play GTA IV online, with other players, i tried with almost everything i dont know what i got left that i should try well, i have added this ports: TCP/UDP: 3074, 53, 443, 88 and i even tried to connect with "Internet Cable", when i go to "Mobile/Multiplayer/Lan/Create Match/Start game" then i get this error "disconnected from game session" i dont know why this happens, but i always getting "disconnected from game session" when i try to start a game, and the "Live" option dosent even work, it says i gotta be connected to GFWL, my gta iv is cracked by razor , patch 1.0.7.0 and yes i got mods, but i dont think its that causes the problem

 

Im trying to play on Computer/PC

 

So please anyone help me so i can play online with other players!
