    i do yes i made sure to have that installed before dowloading the vehicle packs

    i have ran into an issue with the lights on my patrol vehicles. the only lights that work when i go code 3 is my taillights every other light looks like its on but not flashing or turning off. I dont know if i am missing something but the vehicle pack i downloaded was the Federal Signal Pack 1.3

  5. RAR Files unable to open

    I have ran into an issue when it comes to getting new vehicles for lspdfr: with the ELS download it downloads as a RAR file but then the internet explorer icon appears when shown in the folder. When i try to open it it just open the internet explorer download options but will not open the actual file. I dont know if i downloaded it incorrectly or if it just my download settings.
