i have ran into an issue with the lights on my patrol vehicles. the only lights that work when i go code 3 is my taillights every other light looks like its on but not flashing or turning off. I dont know if i am missing something but the vehicle pack i downloaded was the Federal Signal Pack 1.3

    Hey buddy03, I'm having the same issue now, ELS is all installed and been re installed to make sure, since the R* launcher update it just hasn't worked properly. it's like the lights just turned themselves off and locked.

     

    I attempt to go through the lightstages and it just shows 1,2 and 3 instead of going 1 - 2 - 3. cannot work out what is wrong with it.
