This man passed out after after too much whisky and vodka on his own birthday. No family members or friends were present at the moment to call 911, so locals called the police when they saw his body laying down on the streets. When EMS arrived at the scene, the man woke up and asked to be 'left alone'. Police can't force people into medical treatment and the alcohol level on his blood was non-lethal, so he was released. Car 7931 responds to a suspected car-stripping business only to find two suspects trying to hide the evidence of a murder. One of the suspects tried to shoot the police with a SMG and got killed in the exchange, the other was arrested and will face charges for aggravated murder and hiding the evidence.
