    did u put it in the mods folder? the mod folder just overwrites your gta so when you load into an instance of gta the mods should activate

    Oh no not on this file this file is only the texture in the desc install that and put this temp on the model in openiv and in 1 minute im about to upload the FINAL version the versions after that are placement tweaks which might barley happen because it's a free texture

    this is the north Carolina outer banks I dunno I know the file is not organized because I make my files small as possible with the best quality so it doesn't take as much space as they would on any other texture dev.
