  1. Oh no not on this file this file is only the texture in the desc install that and put this temp on the model in openiv and in 1 minute im about to upload the FINAL version the versions after that are placement tweaks which might barley happen because it's a free texture

    this is the north Carolina outer banks I dunno I know the file is not organized because I make my files small as possible with the best quality so it doesn't take as much space as they would on any other texture dev.

    I'm A new dev and this is the First Model im going to be Finally Processing More to Come in this folder There is a California Highway Patrol skin and CHP Polor bear skin. there are also FiveM Server STAFF Skins dout you will use that but just incase.
