Try re-installing UltimateBackup, making sure to save the changes you made to the UB INI files. Try using the default UB INI before adding yours back in to make sure that none of your settings broke the plugin.

PoliceSmartRadio may start malfunctioning. This is because Traffic Policer & Arrest Manager was removed. If you don't use this mod too much, i'd suggest removing it or re-installing it while making sure to remove all of the Traffic Policer/Arrest Manager related files.
 
You can also opt to keep Traffic Policer & Arrest Manager at a large cost of FPS and wasted performance power. StopThePed is much better and replaced these 2 plugins.
 
(Recommended) -> The last option is removing Albo's plugins (Traffic Policer, PoliceSmartRadio, & Arrest Manager) and using the GrammarPolice built-in radio. It's not as nice as PSR's interface (my opinion), but it does the job & it's much more modern/updated.
 
 

You have a broken UltimateBackup defaultregions.xml. "Invalid vehicle data for LocalPatrol". Make sure it all looks good, and try again. 

You need to call for those services yourself. Some callout packs will have them show up automatically, but that as to be configured by the dev or in an ini file.
 
For now, you will need to manually call these services.

Install the prefered visualsettings.dat, then use the above. 

Does this happen on a consistent basis? There are some crashes which are just one-offs.
 
If this happens again, please send a RAGEPluginHook.log.

This is a different issue. Re-install LoreCallouts as you haven't put ZPhDevs.Common into your GTAV root. You can also opt to install only ZPhDevs.Common from the LoreCallouts .zip. Just drop the DLL into your GTAV root.

The exceptions to this is PostFx. Turn this to Very High.

You have a config issue in Cheep Callouts. Try reviewing your ini file. If you can't find the issue, replace your INI file with a fresh one from when you downloaded it.
 
AFAIK, Cheep is deprecated and if the issue persists, remove it.
