United Callouts Constant Crash

Hello! I recently added UC, trying to add some decent callouts. The callouts work fine, but after I do 1 or 2, I get "Code 4" immediately for any new UC callouts that spawn in. It says there is an issue with the config file, but I have never touched the file.... and when I do, nothing looks wrong.. How can I fix this?

Attached is the RPH log, I donno if that is any help. I can attach any other logs that are needed.

You have a broken UltimateBackup defaultregions.xml. "Invalid vehicle data for LocalPatrol". Make sure it all looks good, and try again.
