I get this when starting GTA IV(steam): I reinstalled and got the same thing. Any Idea how to fix this? Last Time I played was a few weeks ago and it was working fine. I am running Windows 7, not vista.

thanks. To get the police car I want I just keep going through the police cruiser selector when you first go on duty. Takes a while but it works.

i have v5r2 and there is a bunch of Emergency Vehicles littered around the city, blocking roads and etc. So yea....

Is it possible to give fine to a Ped? I remember reading somewhere that ALT-H does, but I tried it and it didn't work. I'm using .95 beta1
